Getting the address bar to appear

Is there a way to get the address bar to appear anywhere on a page, or to jump to the top of a page without scrolling manually? All I've found so far is hitting 'reload' and quickly typing in an address, but that uses data. Is there an alternative? Ta.

Does scrolling back up a page a little (a few lines say) not make the address bar re/appear ?.

Is this Opera Mini running on an Android phone ?, if 'yes', does the phone have a hardware menu button ?, if 'yes' (again), pressing it should bring up the address bar and the navigation buttons/icons tool bar (if they are not already shown).
If your answer is 'yes' to the first part and 'no' to the second, then I have no idea.
If the answer to the first part of my question above is 'no', then which phone (make/model) are you running Opera Mini on ?.
