Can't uninstall Opera GX

I cannot uninstall opera gx everytime i press uninstall it does nothing when i reinstall it it works for a second but as soon as i close it it doesnt open it up again when and two opera gx things show up in app removal i can remove one but not the other even though both look identical please help me i am panicking

I cant uninstall opera gx I got to my programs and it wont let me ive tried to install it again and then two operas show up in my programs and i can uninstall one but not the other when i install it again it doesnt save any of my passwords except my discords and then i close it and try to reopen it but it doesnt reopen
