I can't reinstall mods that I had

So I downloaded a few mods from the store, but did a reset of the whole browser minus saved paswords. The store tells me that the mods are installed but disabled, while the mod settings don't display them at all so I can't enable them. I don't know how to fix it so I'm doing this.

ive had the same issue but my hdd died with working mods and now the mods do not show up in the mod page but they worked fine on my previous opera GX and now there's no way to re install them would be good if when you logged in with your account it saved your mod list to for easy installation of the mods you used
