Add Presearch as an available search engine in Opera desktop

There is already a post asking for Presearch as a native option on Opera mobile (https://forums.opera.com/topic/61176/add-presearch-as-an-available-search-engine), but it still doesn't have it on the desktop (windows, linux, etc).

I ask that Opera team also add it as a default option on Opera desktop, please.

It is focused on privacy, just like Startpage and Duckduckgo
