When will the Opera UI be updated to match that of Windows 11?

So far Opera looks like it's at point between the era of Windows 8 and Windows 10 and hasn't evolved further than that.

It still features that flat, blocky, boring design with sharp edges and worst of all is whoever works on it is doing a really bad job. The buttons are completely misaligned:

It applies for most of the other buttons on the browser. Whoever is the UI designer is doing one horrible and unprofessional job.

It's also time to redesign the UI to fit Windows 11's rounded look, which is also present in Linux and Mac OS. And also redesign the button icons so they aren't so unprofessionally and laughably misaligned.

And it should be done before Windows 12 releases, which could be as early as 2024.
