Old bookmarks in the browser were synchronized after reinstallation and synchronization to the account.

There is a problem with synchronizing bookmarks. After reinstalling the browser, I connected to my account and synchronized all the data, but unfortunately only the old bookmarks were pulled up and most of the necessary ones were missing. The bookmarks were not saved locally, but the old ones were pulled up during synchronization.
How can I solve this and is there any way to get my old bookmarks back? -
