[Side Bar] Make it possible to pop out side bar pages

This is basically the only reason why I don't use the side bar. I'm coming from Yandex Browser, a fork from Opera. They improved almost every trademark feature from Opera, but since I have some fundamental issues with that browser, I'm trying out the original.
In Yandex Browser, the sidebar pages can be popped out and pinned to Windows taskbar as if they were a standalone app. I couldn't find this option, even though the two options I found (pinned and not pinned) are also available in Yandex Browser.
Chrome is also able to do that, but without a sidebar. So right now, I'm using Chrome for this feature
The reason is that I might just want to open WhatsApp or Google Keep or Outlook, etc. and not the whole browser with all the pages opened from my previous session. But I also like them being on the sidebar, because some pages aren't going to my taskbar, but I still want them to open in a standalone window when I need, like Google Photos or MS Teams when at work (I'm not using the desktop app because it's extremely heavy on the PC).
