Can't use opera mini free data

I updated my opera mini and when I click the notification "Free data available", it asks me to set opera mini as default browser to access it. But setting opera as default doesn't clear the notification and I can't access the free data. Is this a bug? How can I fix this problem?

I lunched opera mini as usual and saw the activate free data button. I opened it and I was refered to make opera mini the default browser. I made opera mini the default browser but the activate free data button still appears and I can't use the free data. Please what should I do to access the free data?
