tab drag issue

Dragging the tab opens a new window. ok up to here. but I can't merge the same tab with previous tabs like in chrome. When I try to drag it again, it opens a new window other than the tab I separated, and this is really annoying. Why can't I reassemble the tab I took apart? It must be something very simple.
