[Duplicated]Opera GX is slowing my overall internet speed

Whenever operaGx is open my overall network speed is reduced by 50%-70% sometimes even 90%
I have tried clean installing win10 still the issue persisted,
I have tried clean installing operaGX still the issue persisted,
I have tried restoring all settings to default still the issue persisted.
also no extensions or mods are installed on both chrome and OperaGX.
Any help to fix this will be greatly appreciated I really do not want to switch to another browser.
