Every time i try to download GX Mods, it says NETWORK_FAILED even though my network works

i restarted Opera GX and even my pc and it doesnt work, i use ethernet cable yet it still doesnt work, any advice?

@janiseternal you may try with disabling antivirus or firewall software.

@imik786 That doesnt seem to be the issue, i disabeled my antivirus and its still not downloading mods

it worked the first time i downloaded but now its just not letting me download
