Stuttering while scrolling :(

While scrolling page stutters only in Opera GX. I tried other browsers to check if this happening because of my pc but it's not.

My gpu is 6600XT and i'm using 144hz monitor.
Page seems like 30fps while scrolling and stuttering sometimes.
This is so annoying please help me bcs i don't want to change my browser.
It was worse before i changed some settings but it's still not smooth as it should be.
