Moving your mouse to the very top of the screen won't let you click on tabs

I usually move my mouse to the top of the screen to click my tabs, but for some reason it just doesn't click on them. I have to intentionally move the mouse down slightly to hit the tab. I couldn't seem to find a setting for it.

No issues with that here in Opera GX 95.0.4635.54 64-bit on Windows 11 Version 22H2 (Build 22621.1265) with Opera's window maximized and "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximized" enabled at the URL
