This is my good bye to opera.
Back in the days I even spent money and bought Opera to get rid of the commercials and I have been loyal ever since but today I am going to delete Opera.
Version 12 was so very perfect and yet you decided not to update it any more and by now there are just too many pages it no longer works with.
And this BS of V 25? Missing so many options. Still missing so many options. Why cant I block single domains? Why cant I chance cookie settings for every page by rightklicking? Why did you choose to make a browser for everybody instead for your fans?
It will take some getting used to but Firefox, here I come.Regards

To get more users.

It's also easy(but more time-consuming) to please both with an advanced config page to toggle features.

...(but more time-consuming)...
That is the reason the devs swiched to Blink.

This thread should be closed. It's little more than a soapbox good-bye and has violated the tos.

But if the goal is to get more user, it would help towards that. The hard thing is to figure out if it's worth it or not.

It is worth, Blink is fast and secure, the devs won't spent time trying to make compatible because Blink already is.

I meant if spending time adding more advanced configuration option is worth the extra users it will bring them, not the switch to blink.

It is not. if the devs add more and more coniguration in Presto, they would have two situations: fix continuously compatibility problems and have a hard work to make all feartures work well. That would waste a lot of time. Users nowadays wants simple configurations. Why Chrome is the most used browser?
