Allow specific devices/tabs deletion from synchronized content

Due to a present bug where new instance of a device is created almost on each opera launch, whenever i try to open sync device menu i got enourmous amount of tabs to sync which makes opera really slow for some time. Since fix for that bug is not expected in a near future pelase allow at least to manually delete duplicated deveices from the synchronization.
