Problem with youtube quality RGX

Since yesterday 14 feb i noticed some serious downgrades in any high qualitiy video on operaGX, 1080pHD felt like 480p or even worse. This screenshot is with RGX Enhance videos on https://prnt.sc/MBsr0GfU6MZE, and this one off https://prnt.sc/U--GK-sIJ7vS

I didnt have problems before with youtube and could watch videos with good quality but this sucks... I'd appreciate some help :d
