it's been 14 days since this thread was opened. and neither an answer nor a fix came from opera. Probably the best solution is to switch to another browser.

Hi there pals. I've see a solution in another topic. And I tried. It worked for me. I hope it will works you for aswell
"Test this solution. Remove the Opera Safe Store password from Keychain Access login item.
Steps:
Open Keychain Access application
Choose 'login' keychain on left
Choose 'Password' group
Find 'Opera Safe Storage' entry, right click it and choose Delete."

@hebbex Thank you so much! This worked for me!
In my case, there were 3 differentOpera Safe Storage
entries, so deleted all of them and then signed back again into Opera account. Then I selectedSync everything
and voila!Unfortunately, yesterday I switched to Firefox and I must say the UX on that browser is leagues ahead. I will possibly not be using Opera anymore

@hebbex Than you, Great. I did it and works perfectly, I think its because when you sync your iCloud settings backup the old one and if you install a new it cause a "block"

@hebbex this actually did work for me as well. I did have to manually import my passwords from Chrome, but at least that bug wasn't displaying anymore. Thanks for the help!

@srhardy it's actually on your Mac. Press cmd+space and type 'keychain access'. I had the same issue. The problem is people don't know how to describe the steps properly.

Hope this helps!
The fix that I made on 2nd laptop (Windows) is that I exported my passwords (password-manager/settings) from my 1st laptop, shared this file to the 2nd laptop, and then imported it. No automated fix regarding this. It's just my workaround just to have my saved password on my other device. Cheers guys!
