Make opera:// URLs clickable

Sometimes users need to be referred to an internal site, for instance:

• opera://about/
• opera://flags/#activation-order-tab-cycling
• opera://settings/?search=cookies

It would be helpful if these were clickable in the forum.

Markdown even puts "denied:" in front of these URLs (e.g., opera://about/).
