Change "Block Pop-ups" to "Block JS dialogues"

This is a sugestion for Android Opera development.

In android opera, the option "Block pop-up" may cause confusion with "opening new tabs"... I suggest renaming it to "Block JS dialogues". I turned it on thinking about links that open new tabs and got confused as one website uses javascript confirmation dialogue and appeared about:blank#blocked.
