Notifications Are Not Working

Must be "re-register" notifications in every new session.
If I delete e.g. reddit's stored data and revoke site permissions on site setting page, reddit will asks for send notification when I reload it, so I can re-enable it
And from that I'll get push notif..s from every other sites too, where I enabled it in the past.
But it isn't the proper solution, I must do it every time open OperaGX.

Just started getting YouTube notifications a couple days ago which are the main ones I wanted to show up. Notifications going to finally work or is it a fluke? I haven't done anything extra lately to make them show up or anything.

@iklyde when you are changing the corresponding option for any other site, notifications start to appear ( until the current session ends). Next time there will be no notifications, as always...

Just left GX and I'm now using Edge until they fix push notifications, this has been going on for years and it's the same in the normal Opera.

OMG I just installed after months and months of not using it and I actually think the notifications work. I have closed my browser more than once and YouTube notifications are still showing up. Try it again and see if you have any luck!

How every Chromium based browser have working notifications but not ya'll? I'm sure you'd have much more users if you actually fixed that. That's why I don't use it.

@ezox i also have this issue and they havent solved it for over a year
i want twitter notification but it only work once and if i close the browser i receive nothing unlike edge that works perfectly

hello i always wanted to use opera gx but the push notification is something important for me especially for twitter
so i tried recently and still getting one notification and then it stops working if i reopen the browser or if i want to receive notification when browser is closed
any fix ??

Not even the revamped Opera One has working notifications. How? Every other Chromium browser has working notifications except Opera. Actually insane.
