Open new window on the same screen.

New window should be opened from the screen it has been requested, so for example if user clicks "New (private) window" it should be opened on the same screen where Opera's taskbar menu had been used to open new window.

Currently it opens it on the same screen the current window is open, which is very annoying as it requires to move cursor to another screen to grab newly opened window and drag it to the currently used screen.

In Opera GX which is designed for gaming (and one I am using now) it can be super annoying if you're gaming during web browsing and in some cases may cause heavy lag or even crash for some games if you had window open under your game and wanted to open new one on another, currently unused screen to avoid aforementioned situation or just to not lose in-game visibility when you just need to quickly search for something in Internet.

I can also imagine it may be even more troublesome for streamers as they may use 2+ monitors and potentially complain about the browser publicly making some anti-advertising.

Seems like basic feature that is missing.
