Dragging Tabs to Bookmarks.

I have a sidebar open. It is quite high. Especially with my 2 monitors . I navigate it well and quickly. But Opera offers me to go a long way to the desired folder of Favorite Tabs every time. And so it is every time.
The impression that developers do not use their browser.
But why can 't I drag an open tab to Bookmarks ? No Lock helps. Drag and drop works in all browsers. You have 2 windows open -- it's not necessary! 2 different windows is an extreme case, rarely used. Why every tabbed movement opens 2 windows and clutters up the screen.
Obviously, window 2 should (by additional confirmation) open only when the mouse goes outside the Opera window.
It seems to me an erroneous opinion - to offer users to save Bookmarks by 1 button to the root, then use a search among a dump of 2-3000 Bookmarks. This is a dead-end strategy. Close Bookmarks cannot be combined in meaning.
