Google Hangouts

Hello, looking for some advice here. I've been using Opera Next and like all of the features and reliability. There is one issue that I can't find a solution to and so am turning to the forums. How do you use Google Hangouts with Opera Next? I can start a hangout or respond to an invitation but the resulting window is looking for me to give permission to use Google Hangout. The bar that would normally present the option to grant permission isn't shown. Any advice?
