be able to lock pop out player

pretty much when im playing a game my mouse will go over the player and ill click (not meaning to hit it) and end up moving, reversing, pausing, resizing or anything to it. so what i want is to be able to lock it so it cant be moved or messed with. idk how you would be able to stop it tbh, maybe still only have the cog wheel on the player be able to be clicked and thats where you toggle the lock or something. thanks
