Opera thinks it's in incognito

So a couple of days ago I used the incognito browser and the normal browser at the same time. After I was finished using both I first closed the incognito one and then attempted to close the normal one. The normal one froze on me for about two minutes, then I shut it down manually with Task Manager.
Since then when I open it in normal mode, and it looks like it's in mormal mode, some websites keep saying that I'm in Incognito and the Downloads pannel keeps saying I have a new download, even if I already dissmissed the notification bubble.
