Multiple installs of older Opera versions remain

How do I correct this? It's very annoying. When I hit uninstall, it seems to bring up the installer to where if I continued, it would uninstall Opera all together. I don't want to uninstall the browser and reinstall it every time there's an update so that it doesn't clog up like this.
