Users that suffer from visual difficulties may not be able the slight colour change when positioning the cursor on another tab, to notice that is an interactive button and press the results on an action.

Proposed Solution:
Change the cursor form, maybe to the classical index finger. This way we obtain friendly feedback for visual difficulties users, such as daltonism or even partial vision loss.
