Opera GX keeps crashing when opening "settings"

I use a Macbook Air 2018 and installed Opera GX. I used it for about a year now and suddenly out of nowhere when I press the settings button, it crashes. I tried restarting my Mac, the browser, I even closed all my tabs and extensions and still can't resolve this problem. Is there anything I can do? (except for making a new account, it's hard to remember all my settings)

it is happening to me and i have a:
MacBook Air
macOS 14.4.1
ive seen almost everything to do to stop it and nothing is working pls reach out to me thnx
