Content Scripts disabled on addons.opera.com

It's not a big deal but something I've noticed and wondering if there's a reason for this,
and also how is that even possible - I thought content scripts cannot be shut off,
as this could prevent some sites from running Adblock software ...I have an extension that uses background as well as content scripts:
https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/new-tab-start-page-pro/
... but I've noticed it's not running on https://addons.opera.com in Opera,
yet the same content scripts are running fine when using Chrome on that page.
(https://addons.opera.com also prevents Adguard from running in Opera)I'm guessing it's something forced in the source code of Opera itself ...
