Dragging a link from bookmarks opens it in current tab and not in new one

i found a new bug in the newest version rn (27/11/2022).
When you drag a link from bookmark, and you drop it on another tab, the link doesnt open on the tab you dropped it on, but it opens on the one you are.
idk its really weird
