Shortcuts are not synchronized within my account

Hello everybody. I hope somebody can help.
I use Opera since a long time, in my private live and at work. It´s not a problem to synchronize my shortcuts (and passwords etc.) for my private account between Opera on my private notebook and my private mobile.
It also worked with Opera for Desktop on my work PC and my work notebook (both Win10). After having new installed windows on my work notebook, installing opera freshly and login into my work account, I can´t see any shortcuts within the shortcut list. The menu speeddials does not contain other devices as I used to know Opera before. I deinstalled Opera again, installed, tried again, nothing.
Does anybody knows a different solution than "export and import from my PC to my notebook"?I use the newest Opera version for Windows 92.0.4561.61
