Is there a way to completely remove the red annoying icon when downloads fail

Yes I've reinstalled the app 200 times, cleared all downloads, wiped entire registry, reinstalled windows it still keeps appearing, and only fix is to reinstall each time, and it would be all fine if it wasn't so bright, on my monitor it straight up looks like a full red box which is beyond annoying

I cannot find the opacity for it anywhere in the settings, it's been 5 god damn years I'm about to manually RE the app just to change that
