Opera GX doesn't open if it just has been closed very fast

If I open Opera GX and I close the window as soon as it pops up then try to open the browser again it doesn't work. I see some background processes in Task Manager and I can only start the browser after closing those. I have windows 11 up to date and no extensions excepting the default adblocker. I found this bug with the incognito flag but it also appears without it, although I believe that without the flag you have to close it a bit faster for this to happen.

How long have you waited to see if they close by themselves in this case?

@burnout426 They seem to close after roughly 30 seconds and then I can open the browser again.

I'm having trouble reproducing the issue with Opera GX 92.0.4561.55 64-bit on Windows 11 Version 22H2 (Build 22621.819).
