Hello! The Opera browser (at least the portable version) does not have its own proxy settings, instead it suggests using the system ones. But in most cases this is inconvenient. Could you add proxy settings for the browser?

There might be some command-line switches to do that.

https://www.google.com/search?q=chrome+specify+proxy+command+line will have some examples.

In short, you'd create a shortcut to launcher.exe and modify its target field in its properties.
