Enable search box in the address bar in Opera GX

I used them all the time on Firefox for a quick visible Note.
It has Opera, but not on Opera GX.

I want to write a quick visible Note without opening Extension. So I can easily search with opening new tabs & look at the note (search box) no matter which tabs I'm working on.
