Opera Sync not deleting bookmarks after trash is emptied

On the opera sync website it still shows my deleted bookmarks from years ago and it doesnt update my current bookmarks even though on my browser my trash is empty and i have bookmarks that are not being synced to the cloud

how do i delete the cloud save of my bookmarks and upload my current bookmarks to my opera account
