Disabling Address bar dropdown categories breakes it

I'm not the biggest fan of categories in address bar and after finding out that you can disable it in flags i did but ever since the newest update released headline or whatever its called shows up blank. Only the address of website shows up after the blank space. Same for searching anything; blank space, "- google search".
When i re enable categories everything works fine. Not sure if it's only Opera GX or it also is a thing on regular Opera. My question is that is there a way to fix it without re enabling categories or do i have to wait for it to get fixed?
