Black border around Youtube and other image based content.

For a little over 2 or 3 months I have had an issue with youtube and other types of videos or images get a black border and cut some content off. I have looked at various forums with similar issues and none of them have resolved my issue.

I have disabled force dark pages completely along with hardware acceleration things. For a moment the borders went away but would quickly comeback after a moment. I want to use Opera GX as it is an amazing browser but I can't if everything I look at with an image or video is going to have some of it's content cut.

I have friends that do not have this issue and I can tell from a Moist Critical video that he is not dealing with this issue either.

I really need some help and any info that can help is very appreciated
