Select and move multiple tabs

How on earth is it not possible to do such a basic thing as selecting multiple tabs and then moving them around as a group to somewhere else, either to rearrange the tabs or drag them to a new window?! It's ridiculous!

People have been talking about this for five years, it looks like Opera developers simply refuse to integrate the feature.
