My desktop will not connect to my flow, why?

After some trial and error, I could also connect my desktop at work to my phone and my laptop. But my desktop does not connect and share things through my flow. What does the phone have to do with the connection? If I'm logged on to Opera account, shouldn't that be all I need to connect all devices with Opera browser and account? I'm a little confused about how that works, but I still can't connect my main laptop at home. Thanks

@m9999 I'm having the same issue connecting my android to my pc with flow. I'm getting an error message that says Connection declined on your other device on my android.
