Can't block all pop-ups with beta Opera 25

Went into settings > websites > pop-ups and checked off 'Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended)' but still get some pop-ups occasionally. How do you stop them completely?

YouTube and the 'new jammed packed full of ads' Yahoo are a couple sites that do this. Had better luck blocking all their spam ads with earlier Opera versions.

Pop-ups (as the title suggest) or ads ?. Surely these are classed as different things in general ?.

Have you tried AdBlock (the NON Plus + version) ?.

Ooops, just installed AdBlockPlus version....what should I do to remove and install just AdBlock....or should I stay with what I have?
