[Opera 25] MP3 Support.

Hi, Opera guys.
The Mp3 support was supposed to be introduced in Opera 25, but not for me. Many tracks in SoundCloud don't even play, Google Translate's voice doesn't work, some games are ''in mute'' and, when I try to open a .mp3 file with Opera (to test), [this] happens. The HTML5test results says that my browser does support Mp3, but it obviously doesn't.One more time, It looks like my 32-bit OS is causing the problem, because on a 64-bit OS it seems to work. Any idea of what should I do?
My OS: Windows 7.

Me too have these issues: no playing of sound on translate.google.com (just noise when click on sound button)
Yosemite/Mac mini late 2012/Opera 26.0.1656.5
