Where did my menus go?

I hate it when good functionality is replaced by crap products. Opera was great for years, now its plastic replacing metal. I want my menu structure back. I don't like the splash screen. As an educated person I like real words, not pictographs. I am sorry that most people under age 40 cannot read or write or do arithmetic. That's not my fault. I prefer the organization capabilities of menus, simply cannot use these splash screens that pile everything into tiles. I hate tiles. I don't want tiles. Children that cannot read perhaps prefer the tiles, but i can read, want my simple menu bar back. BY by opera. Let me know when the things that were great about Opera are returned. Otherwise, Opera is of no use to me.
