Cannot watch Discord Stream even though i can hear it

My issue is, everytime when i try to connect in a Livestream on discord, it loads forever and never completes, but it isn't the case when you can't experience anything, i can hear the audio of it. Most of the problems when i searched online and readed FAQ's, the situation of the user is: they try to stream and the response is a black screen in the output. But in my case just doesn't load, i've tried use the Chrome/Discord App to see if this behavior repeats, but no, works just fine. Some of the Troubleshooting on the web like:

Disabling Hardware Acceleration;

Re-open Opera GX in Admin

Restoring to the Original Default
But doesn't worked for me, i don't think the problem is a slow connection because when i do the test connection, 70MB it's the result, quite fine (remembering, fine with chrome and discord app)
A weird thing is, there's a condition that i didn't get it because some specific discord streams works, but 99% just don't and like, blew my mind even more.
But the sad part, it wasn't like this everytime, when i started with opera gx, discord was the most beautiful
