Opera Mini not dialing numbers

Opera Mini is not opening the phone/dialer when a linked number is clicked. WhatsApp numbers aren't opened either.
Copying a linked number is not possible, no "long-click" menu appears on those links.

All other browsers are opening them.
Opera Mini has every possible permission.
Reinstalling did not solve the problem.

After a month of testing different browsers (again), I finally though I had found the ideal one. Chrome is deactivated, I normally use Firefox or Brave. Unfortunately Opera Mini is almost useless without this functionality.

I would be happy for any advice.
