Add Animated Wallpaper

Hello, I have a video which I would like to put as an animated wallpaper on my Opera GX home screen, could someone explain to me how I can do it?? Since it only lets me put images, but I want to add a video. Thanks.

I tried to puit it by uploading it on upload new add-on page but it just wont upload
