New features need updated terms of use

As above mentioned all features, new or otherwise, need very specific terms of use and privacy. The term "and affiliates" is very nebulous. Trust requires all information upfront and above board. I can find these words in any terms of use. I would like to see better from opera. Users should be informed immediately of any changes directly in the browser. I'm specifically looking for mention of the new shopping center. Unlike Amazon, can I expect anonymity from you?
