Font size too big

My opera was working fine, until i restarted.
Now all of the fonts and tabs on my opera look like this :

How do i change it back to normal?
My font size in settings is set to small, yet all the fonts are way too big.
It also only happens in opera.

@paui did you get a fix for this? If so, then please share, because I am facing the exact same issue for over a month now
