Stuck in portrait mode for google duo

When using google duo for a video call, no matter what I do my camera is stuck in portrait mode like a phone video would be, when if I use chrome, the bar at the top has an option to toggle portrait and landscape yet Opera GX is missing this, I'm confused please send help!
