How to activate the 'ctrl+enter' option in Opera 25 beta?

Hi,
In Opera 12 if you hit (in the address bar) ctrl+enter, it opened the address you had submitted in a new tab.
Opera 25 beta seems to be missing this function. Is there a way to activate it somehow?

Oh and another function missing is clicking on the scroll on the tabs area , it opens a new tab in Opera 12, but here it doesn't do anything..
